We came as part of my daughters 18th birthday trip to London. Incredible views of London that you don't get on other attractions. The staff were attentive and very polite. We were able to leave all our bags too which made it easier as we had done quite a bit of shopping.

Validity

Before activation: You can activate your pass within 1 year from the date of purchase.
After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction and is valid for the number of calendar days (not 24-hour periods). For example, if you select a 3-day pass and visit an attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass is valid for the remainder of Monday, plus Tuesday and Wednesday.
